They did a really bad job on my car. Returned it twice. Finally i had to take my car to another planel repairer once insurance claim officer take a look at the job they had done. Basically the second repairer re-did all the work and ordered new parts. Unlike the Capital SMART people that used most the items from accident, they told me its a old car. Its still under finance and not more than 6 years old now that i am writing the review. They shaved the bit that was damaged from my headlight and they denied and said that was a brand new headlight.

The car was fixed within a week which was the amount of time suggested by the panel beater. Capital smart makes transport convenient, offering a taxi to and from the destination you're heading. Overall satisfied with capital smart, thank you

Where do I start, service from the front ladies was nice. The good finishes their. My vehicle should had panels replaced as I stated I didn't want any filler, although the repair is ok, and hard to pick from a distance, close inspection shows many faults. The biggest being ORBITAL SANDER MARKS ON THE WINDOW PILLAR!!! My wife picked up the car at an arranged time, it was filthy, NOT EVEN CLEANED!!! Probably to hide repair job? On her way home the car was shaking violently, LOOSE WHEEL NUTS!!! the manager rushed out to fix the problem, tightened the nuts and sent her on her way??? No checking for damage, no apologies. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! Still waiting for parts to repair damage myself months later!!
