My insurance sent me to this business and i couldn’t be more happier. I had an amazing experience as they were extremely helpful and genuinely very kind people especially the receptionist!nnthey did an excellent job fixing my car, the whole process was smooth, the repair was a lot quicker than i thought and the quality of work is amazing. Although my insurance sent me to this business, I could not fault their service, timeliness of my repairs and workmanship. I was sent in this shop from my insurance and I will be sorry for a long time.nColour was different and they kept saying me that is from sun shadow, car was all around with scratches and I was blamed that it is because my nails,roller door on the ute was not working,blind spot sensor on the mirrors were confused and worked when I gave  signal, car was pulling on the left and I was told obviously is warranty problem on 11 months old car.However after 2 months a lot of stress back and forth from one shop to another I have my car home. Not happy at all.

Capital Smart Repairs would have to be the most well organised, friendly, helpful business I have ever dealt with for car repairs. It’s only my actual insurance company that let the process down.nWith so many cars and customers, It is an absolute credit to the team at Capital Smart to do such a good job on the repairs and offer such good customer service. They always answered the phone straight away, they always knew instantly what stage of repair my car was in and from my initial visit with the person who assessed the car through to the day I picked it up, I never had to wait. Just remember though, Capital Smart are ready to fix your car quickly and systematically but my insurance company took almost as long to approve the repairs as it did for the repairs to be completed, so the only let down in my case was AAMI.

Picked up my car today from Capital Smart in Sunshine West which they repaired. Lou and his team done an excellent job and the car looks amazing. The quality of the work is exceptional and turnaround time was as advised on day 1.nnThe customer service at the front desk and with Lou was better than I expected where everyone was very helpful. My car was washed, dried and vacuumed inside which I did not expect. I’m highly recommend Capital Smart in Sunshine West, good people and great quality work. Thank you, Lou and team!
