Excellent. Had my car repaired here a few weeks ago. Very simple process. I was told on the day of drop off that it would take about 2 weeks. I received a text later that day confirming the date and the car was ready to go on the date given. They did a great job.

Very satisfied with the service provided by the SMART Sunshine. The assessor is knowledgeable and can identify the cause of the damage. Staff is efficient and friendly. They did follow up and update you throughout the process. They also provide compliment ride home and from home to the repairer which I found it very convenient as you don't have to worry about getting someone to give you lift home. Upon returning to pick up my car after it has been repaired, the staff member has also explained what has been fixed. The workmanship looks great and they did a good job. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.
