If I can rate zero star for the dodgy repairer and cunning people: Adam, Shaun... at RPM Sunshine.
Everyone must keep away from RPM Sunshine. 
If anyone already put the car for repair at this repairer, must check the car carefully before picking it up.
My car was driven to RPM Sunshine in a perfect condition for repair a minor scratch on front left bumper bar and mud guard from gentle hit of accident, then my car system had been tampered at their repairer.
Their repair mistakes but they were not responsible to fix their repair mistakes, they blamed that 'Toyota common error'.... It was not convincing and no written reports for the reasons why electrical wire got burned (engine bay loom), unstable engine, brake fails, faulty sensors... which all happened at their repairer.  They tried to hide the reports even I had requested….
They were all liars, they lied to me that everything got fixed and I came to their repairer for 3 times, but the repair issues (unstable engine, brake fails, faulty sensors) were not fixed except the new replacement of engine bay loom.  They did not give me the invoice, because the invoice shows all the issues which affected to the other parts of the car from electrical wire burned out.  
They turned my perfect car into a faulty car, the car was without the brake and with other issues above, still wanted the customer take the car off their premises, otherwise they would tow the car off their premises as the text they sent to me.  
Adam said: ‘the electrical wire got burned, it’s Toyota common error’.  Actually it was a major ‘common error’, why you replaced new engine bay loom for Toyota?  The car should send back to Toyota to investigate and do recall in term of safety for the drivers and passengers? 
Shaun lied that: ‘we’re not touching engine, brake or sensors...’. So why all those issues happened at repairer???
And they also said that for brake fails: ‘the more you drive the brake gets better’... Not convincing, unacceptable and unprofessional.... I don’t understand how can you guys run your company?
After nearly 4 months of denying their mistakes, they had to tow my car to Melton Toyota for fixing and checking everything.  Nearly 4 months without a car and no courtesy car was given for replacement.
Finally, I got all the reports, paid invoices and I also knew why those issues which happened to my car at RPM Sunshine. 
Otherwise, a reputable and big company like Toyota would sue their repairer for concealing and blaming the mistakes to someone else…

Just got my car back from RPM and I couldn't be happier. It was keyed and one side needed to be repainted. I've never had to get this kind of work done before so I was a bit nervous. The guys were was super helpful and now my car is back to its old self again.  I felt very comfortable and I really appreciated that. Very happy customer and highly recommend these guys.

My insurer directed me to RPM and I had no idea what to expect. Now I can say this. I know why my insurer said this. the repair was great . I kind of expected the repairs would take 2 weeks, but when they said to pick it after 4 days, wow is all I can say. Very satisfied.

We were very happy with the customer service and the repairs completed on our vehicle. Looks as good as it did before the accident. Very helpful and  highly recommended to all.

They fixed front end smash on my car and everything was brillinat. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, the work was great, and all done so quickly. Happily will go back if I need to
