The boss is extremely rude with no social boundaries, their shop looks like a fort and I now understand why, I even spoke to the factory worker next door and he said there are always fights going on there. Very very dodgy, difficult to contact and so rude. Even when they did pick up the phone they would give me the same bull, changing their story regarding postage, couriers and warranties many times. After 5 months of lies I eventually drove there myself from Adelaide to pick up the engine, had to wait an hour and a half to get anywhere with them, and then when I finally got the engine home found cam lobes completely gouged out. Also a blown head gasket and cracked block. Paid $2500 for it. Calling them for a refund was nothing but a headache and waste of time. They turned it back on me by trying to get me to start the engine, therefore voiding turn-key warranty and when I told them it was too damaged to do anything with they accused me of 'opening' the engine like it was a cereal box. Such losers, no idea how they sleep at night.
Would not recomend this business do not deal with Tony .Payed for and returned a rear spoiler that was only good for scrap worse than the one i was replacing. Have contacted Tony on three occasions said he would refund but had been working 7 day a week and didn't have time .3 months have passed.
This was the worst experience getting work on a car they asked for a deposit of 2000 to start work. 8 month later nothing i asked for my deposit and car back so i could take it elsewhere. They told me no we wont more money and they hadn't even started.. total rip offs dont use this group look somewhere else
