I regularly visit Woodville Bunnings and have been in Australia for long time, but I haven't encountered such friendly staff anywhere in the country until now. Lexi, a staff member, provided exceptional service and offered honest opinions on paint-related queries. Max and Maria at the Goods Return counter were also incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience at Bunnings even more enjoyable.

Stock levels are adequate. Customer service is hit and miss hence the 2 stars. Some of the staff are lovely humans and then there are others who just dislike humans in general. I went to the paint counter on 2 separate occasions. First experience was horrible. The young woman serving didn't even say hello and acted as though she was too important to acknowledge my existence. The second experience was far better. There were two younger staff members, male and female, who helped to match a paint colour with a difficult, small flake of old paint that I brought in. It turned out to be the perfect match. 2 stars is for the 2 staff members who were helpful and very nice people. If everyone was like them, I'd change my review to 5 stars.
I walked up to 3 Bunnings employees in the garden shop having their own conversation. I wasn’t even so much as asked if they could help. I then asked to purchase a whole pallet of lawn. They told me I needed to load it onto a trolley and then double handle it on my own into the tray of my Ute. I asked politely if they were able to move the pallet near my Ute or if I could park closer to the turf. I was told no to both queries. Won’t be back here in a rush. The guys at Windsor gardens not only moved the pallet to right next to my Ute but helped me load it!!
