I was held up at the trade desk for half an hour just to get an MDF board cut! After waiting, I finally loaded the board into my car and drove away. It's frustrating to see them making thousands of dollars a day with such poor service. They don’t have enough staff to assist customers properly. Shame on you, Bunnings!!!
Best Bunnings ever. There is a legend named Charlie there, working in the trade section. She is an absolute gun and could be the coolest person I’ve ever met.nI had no idea what I was doing, she saw me in my hour of need and fixed everything for me.nThank you Charlie!!
Thank you Merv at Modbury. Last Saturday he gave me great help when I tried to build my 65L Compost bin. I could not get green clips to hold it together. He showed me how then completed it for me. Very grateful to you Merv.
There are NO CARPARKS for cars with a trailer!..nI have to park along approx 4-5 car parking spaces just so I can walk into store..If I'm able to even get that many parking spaces consecutively.due to trucks getting unloaded there also..nThat's crazy, as it frustrates everyone unfortunately.nWould give 5 stars if rectified as customer service is great , car parking for trailer/truck/car let's this store down
The Aisles down in trade are easy to walk through and access stock on shelves. Shopping experience is made much easier
