I was held up at the trade desk for half an hour just to get an MDF board cut! After waiting, I finally loaded the board into my car and drove away. It's frustrating to see them making thousands of dollars a day with such poor service. They don’t have enough staff to assist customers properly. Shame on you, Bunnings!!!
Decent enough range or products but the few staff they have on seem to spend a fair amount of time either talking to each other, actively avoiding you, or wandering around seemingly blind to the fact that there are customers trying to get their attention. To top it off they have self service checkouts which are closed while long lines of people wait to be served at the cashier. Frustrating and infuriating.
Went to pickup a Click & Collect for Christmas; the service desk was busy with people waiting but a handy attendant called the right person for us making the pick-up pretty quick. Hiding the item pretty well in the bags I gave him. Very pleased.

Here is a fresh review out of the store. So with store full of staffs and in an empty aisle, waited 12-15 mins and had to ask 3 times at the front for some assistance. And after that waited in front of help desk where there were apparently no one to ask anything. There was only this lady who was in the other side and with the eftpos machine. While I was waiting there for 5 mins she did not even turn for once because, “hey, u need help with something” could be just fine..?? When I approached her through the queue of the payment, and asked that i need to make keys for the door lock I just bought, she asks me to pull that out of the ring because she doesn’t wanna hurt her nails! Thats fine. Now I am trying to pull that keys out and she asks me rudely “what are you doing?”. Come on?? Really? This is the kind of service expectation you set up? First wait for 15 mins and then show attitude instead of an apology? Wow!
