Popped in today for a few things. Wow!!! The customer service is exceptional. Why can’t all Bunnings stores be like this??? They should conduct staff training here. Cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff are. Exemplary!!!nnWHY is no one from Bunnings responding to these reviews??? Come on it’s 2025. Get your act together!!! Specific staff members named yet no reply. We as customers are doing our part and then some and Bunnings are doing NOTHING. Reply! Reward staff members! Not hard! Usually your service is the pits or nothing at all. Do something!
I had a great experience at the store thanks to Jessica, who is marked as a paint expert on her name tag. Even though she might not be in charge of that section, she kindly helped me find the right washing machine connection kit earlier, making sure I got the correct one for my needs. Today, when I came back to look for paint, she was once again incredibly helpful—patiently guiding me through how to find the right colour and choose the proper brushes. Really appreciate her professionalism and kindness!
Fantastic customer service. Gordon was an absolute gem. Helping me with product information, loading my purchases into my car. Such a nice guy who went above and beyond.nThe staff working at the check out were all friendly and helpful to all customers. So refreshing to see. Thank you!
Came in to return/ exchange something I purchased at Windsor Gardens that was faulty. They didn’t have it in stock so I asked for a return. Was served by Kathy, extremely rude accused me of damaging the item that clearly had a fault which I didn’t see when I grabbed it off the shelf until I got home. I walked out then went back in to grab the receipt she was talking about me to another staff member behind the counter saying no way it was like that he broke it without realising I was there. Very very unethical, if she was my staff member she would be sacked or sent to customer service training. Very bitter old lady. Next time I’ll go to Mitre 10.
Generally good though prices are steep. Help is sporadic and car parking often difficult. Not the biggest Bunnings so often not a carrier of all their products. Always check on line first to see if they have your item.
