Visited yesterday and have to say “Thank You” as every staff member that we dealt with was so helpful and friendly. Keep up the great customer service 👍🏼

Staff on floor and registers were lovely and helpful. However when asked if I could speak to the manager, Frank, I was told by the unimpressed staff member that he was, "in a meeting". Apparently this is Frank's usual response to customer enquiries.

Terrible Service.. Most staff have limited knowledge of products and where products are in the store.. it is not uncommon to see empty spaces on the shelves and weeks before these spaces are restocked.. I heard female staff members complaining about conditions and how many hours they have been working on the last shop.. But the very worst thing I heard was when a lady shopper paid for items and walked outside the doors ,the staff member who served her yelled out but not loud enough for her to hear " you forgot your dinner" she had forgotten to take a packet of ratsak that she had paid for... Whether the team member thought this was funny or not you just don't say things like that about customers..... Bunnings need to take a look at the older team members ... maybe its time for a job change ?? Not good at all... Oh and perhaps Bunnings Head Office should take a wander down to the back shed (far right corner) and inspect the mess from all the birds... this has been happening for months and months if not years... What a disgrace of a place ...
