Typical style and layout as most Bunnings stores.nFriendly customer service.nSmall indoor playground.nThey seem to lack stock availability that Melbournes stores have.nCleanliness of their bathrooms is still not good, even after bringing this to their attention months ago. - Having a mop slopped around the floors, missing the same areas behind doors and around door posts, etc and not moving other items to clean around and never appearing to clean the base board/tile edge or vents, looks dirty and poor form for a company that sells cleaning products and promotes inviting families to their store.nUpdate - Ladies bathroom has one lock broken, other cubicle has toilet seat hanging off to one side for several days, no toilet paper at all on one particular night and last week when there obviously had been a disaster in one cubicle, an out of order note was placed on the cubicle door and assumably left for the cleaners the next day, but the stench and the remnants across the bathroom floor were left for customers to try to step over and around.nMORE MAINTENANCE, BETTER CLEANING AND BASIC HYGIENE IS NEEDED.
I was in quite a predicament in the rain at night time where the wheel on my trailer had broken and I was a long way from home. The friendly manager Elise at this store was more than happy for me to leave the trailer inside so it wouldn’t get stolen for me to come back and repair it the next day. Now that’s great service to the customers. A lot of places simply would’ve just said no. Thank you Elise.
Had the worst customer service in store at Bunnings today….Went in with my lovely gf’s to assist me to get some large pots and potting mix. After recently getting out of hospital my mobility was very limited and the girls average age 65 came to assist me picking things out. After choosing $500 of goods we approached the two males at the garden centre counter to discuss delivery. Neither male appeared interested and told us we would have to go to special orders. I mentioned I couldn’t walk long distances and they said it’s just down behind paint. So we made our way down there. We got to special orders “oh no not here you need to go to the trade desk”, so my cousin said she will go to organise delivery or a trailer to get 3 massive pots and 250lt of potting mix home. I head back to the gardening section and the special order lady said she would get someone to assist with getting all the items. When we get to gardening I get a call from my cousin saying they want us to collect and bring everything down to the trade desk and then they will see if they can deliver or have a trailer. At this point I can barely breath. A lady shows up in gardening to assist with the heavy lifting, we enquire why the men can’t do it “oh no they can’t leave the door”. So this lady loads the trolleys and they get pushed to the register by my lovely ladies. We head out to the car and the Bunnings lady not Kerry the fabulous click and collect can’t do more for you lady rolls her eyes at the door lady who is replacing one of the overworked can’t leave the door, door boys. This made me feel like the worst most demanding customer to ever enter the garden centre. We squished everything in the car because the interest in keeping an eye on our goods while we did a few trips was zero. The customer service was appalling. The moral of the story is use click and collect and get fabulous customer service from Kerry….do not under any circumstance expect any if you shop in-store!!!
I waited at the cafe counter to purchase a coffee. Two staff members were busy behind the counter. I stood there like I was invisible. One was putting chocolate brownie in the display and I don’t know what the other was doing. They spoke to each other, walked behind the counter a few times, and completely ignored me. Didn’t even say Won’t be long! Lost me as a customer. I drove down the road to the drive thru- even though I was heading the other direction after my shopping.nCome on Bunnings! Customer service training is required here!
Staff are very helpful , it has different sections clearly marked for hardware and also has a timber drive through . This store sells many different products including plants. This store also sells food.
