Jen, Co Owner and Manager, is your expert if you have any questions about dogs and cats. Her knowledge is excellent and extensive, whether it be trying to contain your pet using Containment Systems to choosing the right Flea & Worm treatment for your pet, she's got you covered.

Allan, Co Owner and Manager, is your man if you have any questions about birds!
His knowledge is outstanding (and astounding) and if he doesnt know he will make it his mission to find out!

Bryan is our Fish Guru, always happy, he wil help you work out any problems you have with your Aquarium at Home or advise you on setting up a new Aquarium - what he doesn't know about fish he most certainly will find out.

Lisa and Erin are your gals for small animals with her fantastic knowledge when it comes to Rats and Mice, Rabbits and Guinea Pigs. Enthusiastic about all things great and small, they will always be happy to help you with your questions...

Carly & Lyn are waiting to help you with all your pets needs, whether it be small animals to dogs and cats or fish; They are willing to solve your pet's problems or help out with their needs.

I have been a loyal customer here for years. I have bought two guinea pigs, a rabbit and our cat here. Our dog was groomed here regularly when that sercice was available here. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars on pet supplies over the years. I did a work experience here in year 9 and loved it. I always pop in for a look at what's available to try to find some good deals for my many pets.
Yesterday my young sister and I were followed around the store by a staff member who glared at us our entire visit. Upon leaving our bags were asked to be searched. This is understandable, but there were no apologies for inconvenience or anything thank yous at all, when we clearly hadn't taken anything. 
For someone with social anxiety this was very distressing and I was made to feel like a criminal. I feel very uncomfortable about the entire situation and am honestly scared to return.
I'm honestly very sad that the place I had enjoyed for years, is now somewhere that brings me anxiety. I definitely would not recommend shopping here anymore :(

Staff know what they're talking about and are so accommodating. I was buying for my puppy and the staff member was so patient with any questions or concerns I had. Made me feel really confident in buying the products.

great place. staff are great and are down to earth to chat with customers
but I've been wait for a response from them for about as weeks and still no reply .that is way you should go in and chat with them about stock 

i went in the pet store 3 or 5 years ago to have a look then i saw a large parrot i asked my dad if i could have it they said OK in 2017 hahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahhahahahha.

i still have a love for the pet store because it half a hours drive from my house plus its where i got my first small parrot volt. it was good. most of the shop i right near the pet its met for.

its 2017 and i getting the bird  this school holiday if they have it i stoke 
the bird i'm after is a ring-neck parrot i will call it tea leaf

so in short its a nice place to go to calm down
