Appalling Customer Service. I have a major fault in a so called solid wooden bunk bed where the top bunk collapsed onto the bottom bunk while my children were asleep on it. Beds were only delivered early jan 2024. I've tried to request a refund for the bunk and mattresses and they just try to manipulate me and are only think about themselves. Not that this could of killed my 8 yr old child or seriously injured her as well as my 10 yr old who was on the top bunk. Only offered a reduced price by $500 less to what they sell in store of same item for the bunk n mattresses they refuse to refund even though on my paperwork, it has one price for the 2 items. And the mattresses won't fit alot of other bunks out there, so would put me at a loss financially and stress wise due to there faulty product which has NOT met Australian standards. As I would need to buy another bunk and mattresses that would fit this new bunk. They offered 2 individual king single beds was a king single bunk but I purchased the bunk for more room in there bedroom otherwise I wouldn't of got rid of there old individual beds in the first place for the bunk. They keep stating its never happened before, however it happened to me and I have NO confidence in there products anymore. They offered a replacement for the bunk but my children do not want to sleep on the same bed looks wise that collapsed under and onto of them. Which was by our luck it wasn't a serious injury and I don't want any repeats of what's happened as no confidence in there products. Now I have to go to VCAT which is a yr wait, just to get my money back for there faulty products, putting me at a huge financial loss for a yr minimum. -10 star rating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS for children safety reasons.
Absolutely appalling customer service, with the exception of Julie their lovely receptionist who started a few months ago. I have been waiting for our couch since mid OCTOBER 2021 and have still not been notified of its arrival despite first being told it would be ready before Christmas, then in the 3rd week of January, then at the end of February. Well, it is now MARCH and it is still not here, and I have still not receivedany communication from the company. To say I am furious would be an understatement. The only reason we bought the couch in the first place is because I got pregnant and would be needing a more comfortable lounge during my pregnancy. I am now 6 months pregnant and will not be able to pick the couch up myself as planned months ago. I have also missed out on the sale of our current vintage lounge to an antiques dealer because of the delay which would have been over $2000. Add to that the fact that I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in January and this situation has caused a lot of very unnecessary stress during an extremely difficult time. Whilst I am sympathetic to the manufacturing delays caused by Covid, it is beyond a joke at this point. The only employee that has been of any help is Julie, who chased up the manufacturer. I have received zero correspondence from any management or sales staff and if it weren't for her I'd have demanded my $1000 deposit back by now. If I do not receive some information by end of business Friday, and appropriate compensation I will be contacting consumer affairs. Disgraceful.
When walking into the store we were welcomed with a welcoming smile. The staff greeted us introduced themselves to us, the place was full of options. We just purchased a new corner suite from them and for a great price. The owner and staff were a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone. I told them other prices we were given and they were happy to deal and negotiate a fairer price.
