Custom Homes

We have talented in house draftsmen who can take your ideas, draw the plans and provide a concept plan from which we can provide a fairly accurate estimate. Working with our team we can provide you with the home of your dreams on paper and then put it into reality. Go and see one of our Display Homes to see the quality of our finish, make an appointment with our sales team, and we will explain face to face with you what we can provide.

I Have heard building horror stories and many unhappy customer complaints, just by talking to friends and colleagues.
Building with Green Design Homes was the complete opposite, a “non-event” compared to the horrors I’ve heard!
Peter and the team guided us through the building process and provided valuable inputs given our constrains and requirements. Their advice to focus on the design and specifications (with no changes once locked in 😊) paid off, as the building process continued smoothly with no delays.
As with any project, we did face required changes due to supplier changes, but these were dealt with smoothly and had an even better outcome as originally planned!
After sales service from Peter and the team resolved the few issues we had after move in.
I’d recommend Green Design Homes to any prospective client, as I only have good feedback from the building experience.

To the Green Design Team - we can't thank you enough for such a smooth & transparent building process.  6 months on from handover and we are thoroughly enjoying the results of your hard work.  From our first meeting with Peter we felt comfortable we were in good hands.  We had our own plan and with some expert advice Green designs delivered our custom forever home.  Michael was fantastic as supervisor, always accepting and replying to phone calls or queries.   To all at Green Design Homes thank you for being professional, honest and skilled. We would just like to thank all of the team at Green Design Homes on such a successful and stress free build.  We were very happy to get hand over of our house and can’t wait to move in.
A huge thanks to Peter and Tim for all of the hard work in the beginning with getting the design right.  We are so happy with our spacious home!  
Michael did a great job as supervisor and we are very happy with the end result, which speaks volumes about all of the tradesmen’s quality of work.  
Building a home is such a huge undertaking, there were times we felt overwhelmed or had many queries and questions.  Gemma, Anna and Georgia were always prompt with their responses or following up on things for us.

Peter and staff from Green Design Homes were a pleasure to deal with. They did a fantastic job of our house it was finished on time and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is looking to build a new house.  This was the first time we ever built a new house and they made everything so easy and hassle free and were very helpful.
