Great place for all things DIY. Has everything from stuff for your bathroom, lighting, paints, heaters, etc. Prices are reasonable. If you can locate staff on the floor, they are very helpful and friendly. But they seem to be few around and I’m always having to hunt someone down- maybe under staffed? There is also a small plant section on the first floor. Location is great as I’m always popping by while doing multiple errands in town. There’s parking at front entrance and an excellent affordable key cutting service!!!- first key is free, only costs $6+ for the second key :
Arrived at 3 minutes to closing. Working in retail myself I know how annoying this can be.... however, I desperately needed a single battery that evening. The staff were kind, relaxed and understanding. A really kind older guy talked me through what I needed and calmed me telling me not to rush. Was out the door right on closing. Appreciate the kindness and professionalism.
Severely understaffed and those there weren't helpful. Long queues of people waiting to be served or answer queries. My mission was 50%successful. At least the car parking is free outside.
I went to see prices at the place and they asked me to show my backpack and pockets . Very embarrassing, I will never go back. Mitre 10 are much better and friendly.
Not open. It's a lie. The shop is under construction and closed. In its place is a 20ft container popup store with nothing you need. Be good to know this before making the trip.
