I was very pleasantly surprised that the product we were unable to purchase at the Petone branch and in fact any other hardware store in the area at the time was readily here and was in abundance, the service was extremely  professional and loads of help and advice was on offer. We were straight in and out with no delay. I and I think most people don't realize that the general public are aloud to shop here. I can't recommend this hardware store enough. Sophie

You don't supervise your disabled parking spaces.people were parked in them illegally.Because I couldn't get a disabled park I went elsewhere

Extremely easy to move around well laid out...staff are great nothing is ever a problem...highly recommend for all us D I Y teams.

Frustrating that they don't display holiday hours. Drove from Trentham and found them shut. I saw four other cars come and go while I fed my baby. Poor communication. Labour Day 2016

All and all a good service and fairprice. There is room from improvement

Terrible. The yardies are ok but at the counter, two guys serving four guys talking and a long que waiting be served. The parking hopeless and there attitude sucks. This place never gets any better I think I'll drive all the way to Mitre 10 in future and get some real service from decent staff. As a trade depot you think it would be a but better without the general public but it only seems to be worse. Its unbelievable.

Disappointed.  Compared to Bunnings Australia our Bunnings have a long way to go for customer service. Arrived to find all the drive thru aisles full of trades people.  One staff member trying his best to serve 3 of them.  2 moving timber around.  6 in the office not sure what they were doing.  Really need more staff on the ground to help customers.  Mitre 10 Mega staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Drive thru layout needs a bit of thought to make it flow better.

I came from Upper Hutt a few times when Specials were advertised but found staff did not even know things were on special . Luckily I brought advertisement with me but waited nearly 3 weeks and nothing turned up after being promised it would be held for me. Not happy. I found staff in timber Dept ok and helpful , but I agree that store was better before it went trade. Things are also dearer here. I now go to Porirua if I want something at Burning.

Great trade depot. Helpful staff and generally all the materials we need are on hand
