Needs more carparking needs better hospitality

A great DIY warehouse wish it was painted GREEN, as we were from out of town, we were looking for big green building.

Lovely helpful staff. Helped me to find what I was looking for. Hassel free parking and no big line. Good prices too.

Had a bit of a misunderstanding in the store and got told off by the store manager like I'm a 12year old. I know I should have asked before I tried to use a saw to shorten some timber but it gives him no right to talk to me like that. After confronting him about it afterwards I just got told it was my fault and its the way how he talks. Feel sorry for the staff. No wonder my boss is not buying there anymore either.

Great place with everything you need for DIY

Terrible custom made door service. I will never use Bunnings New Plymouth again.  It’s taken 20 + days to get my kitchen doors from them that they ordered from their supplier.  This is not good enough. When I ring at the end of each week when they said the doors would be in they have given me the run around with “ they’ll be here early next week” or “ they’ll be here at the end of the week”.  Piss poor service and I would have been better going to a more expensive option.

Went in to buy some wood for a fence, and this guy Gerard tried to give me his number, said I could " get some wood" at his place. Not impressed, won't be going back there.

Friendly approachable staff, cheap if you buy bulk. Accessibility is spot on
