In the past, would have been a much higher score as Bunning's is one of my favorite stores. However, of late, the shelves are constantly empty of stock and no one can tell you when, and if, the items are coming in. Staff are generally always helpful, when you can find them... Prices are ok. Feels like they're dropping the game a bit.. ‍
Awesome first time visit to the store. We went to the garden area specifically and got fantastic advice when we were unsure about plant selection. Plant quality was great, everything looked very healthy and our selections are going great. Best of all there was a pot recycle box at the front and we were able to save some money by taking away some pots to reuse them. Easy to navigate parking, plenty of trailer and disabled spaces. Would recommend over Thompsons Rd store due to the parking and plant quality.
Great store to shop at. Had a click and collect order to pick up from Bunnings Dandenong right before Christmas, the staff were very busy with last minute Christmas shoppers, but despite a very busy store, the staff were friendly and very helpful Car parking was great, especially for that time of the year. Will definitely be going back to this store.
I started going here because I found my closest one to lack customer service. So far this one has not disappointed. What a vast difference between stores. Great customer service. Have everything I need, other store does not.
Used to be the best now staff just standing around talking to each other, mower aside messy not well laid out and many items not on display. Back to Fountain Gate way smaller but better

worse service ever. just went there with my mother to purchase plumbing tools. this one tall brown dude told us to go to the wrong isle and told us he would be there to help but never came overall workers are dumb and dont go there.
Bunnings sent me a reminder that one refund voucher that was provided to me has not yet been claimed. Totally unexpected - someone not trying to pocket the unclaimed monies. The voucher has now been honoured. Great business ethics displayed by Bunnings.
The worst experience from any bunnings we have dealt with. We wanted to purchase bark. You had 1 pallet but refused to sell it to us because you couldn't be bothered getting it. The staff were rude, obviously didn't want a $600 plus sale. Would have used Narre or Cranbourne but they didn't have stock. This store doesn't deserve a 1 star given. Customer service goes a long way, so does a simple smile.
First time I've been back since Bunnings "paused" their invasion of privacy while their practices are being investigated for criminality. The store itself is good enough, however, knowing that bunnings is happy to invade our privacy and steal our biometrics makes my skin crawl when inside the store. There is a very good chance that Bunnings have permanently damaged their reputation. No store is good enough to mitigate what they attempted here.
