Delicious food but staff could be more polite and attentive!

I tried the tofu Bahn Mi today for the first time and loved it. So fresh and tasted amazing. Bread was great and fresh chilli had a good kick.

Serve spicy food but won't provide water unless you purchase it, which is illegal!! Zero sympathy from staff. Will never eat here again.

Poor cleanliness and hygiene. 
If you like gastro go there and eat.
Staff unfriendly. 
Sweet potato chips are very nice but thats about the pnly positive.

Shocking service. Doesn't acknowledge, staff gives a grunt when asked a simple question. We left, don't know how they're going to survive in hospitality if they continue this way. It's Melbourne, we appreciate service and manners.
