Turned up an hour late and took 40mins longer than a previous company to move it. We're careful with my gear however. Average at best.

Booked a Spa Pool Move for yesterday, they were meant to arrive between 4-5pm. They got there at 7.30pm!! After waiting all that time they said "for health and safety reasons they cant move it, and weren't advised they need a hiab truck"!!! When you ACCEPT a job - I also Sent Images of the Spa, it's the companys responsibility to know what's required to get a spa into their truck to move!! They left the job and left me in the lerch!! BAD SERVICE - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Do not trust. Time waster. Doesn't answer calls, send a wrong truck. Not recommended at all
