My Mothers furniture arrived with almost half her belongings damaged. My mother is 78 years old and all we got back from NZ Van Lines was sorry. That was 6 months ago and we are still struggling to sort out the insurance claim. I will never advise anyone I know to use them again. We are very disappointed but most of all the stress this has caused my mother at her age with so much of her furniture arriving here damaged. And no correspondence of help, concern or care to get this sorted from NZ Van Lines. Unbelievable!!!

I had an excellent service from this company and the staff who all involved this delivery. I was expecting some damages when they deliver our furniture including a grand piano. But they all handled so carefully and there were no damages at all, although I had bought a quite expensive insurances. Also, a person who had been dealing with me through emails and phone conversation were great that I was so comfortably communicated so smoothly. Thank you all who all involved with the moving. Yoshi

Mr L & Mrs M This is the second time I move with nz van lines and I know if I have to do it again I will contact them with out any doubt. Reliable people, always nice and kind. Everything was in perfect conditions after a long trip from Madrid. Thank you to Matthew ( my first contact )what a nice person he was always clarify any question. Stuart thanks for be so patient! And thank you to NZ VAN LINES company partner in Spain SANTA FE for the wonderful people who were working for us and for the great job they did. Once again THANK YOU MUCH

The removalist team is awesome and they have done a wonderful job. They are very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting this to be so smooth and hassle free, very impressive

Matthew was magical. The team in Auckland were all very professional and handled my items with great care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Matthew's estimate was very accurate and I'm glad that I moved with them.
