Budget Car and Truck Rental Croydon

Dealt with David at front desk. He was courteous and helpful to deal with. Rented a family 8 seater for a day. Was an hour late returning it and he kicked no fuss around it. Will highly recommend this business.

Inconsistent service. It was nice when we pick up the car, but one of the staff was really unfriendly when returning the car. He just grab the key from me and went on to inspect the car with a straight face without saying anything, as if I have made some serious mistake. This really put me off.

Make sure if you use Budget that you take photos of the vehicle and thoroughly check for any dents/scratches before you drive away. They only do a 30 second inspection at the pick up but then try to blame old dents/scratches on you when you return the vehicle. Save yourself the hassle. Pick a different company.
