So happy with the service and function of this new stairlift. Looks great and is so easy to use for my mother! Steven's service was exceptional. Not pushy to sell, friendly and honest. Installation was super quick and comprehensive explanation of functions. Highly recommend.
Steve was very friendly and helpful from the start. We were given a full overview of the system which led us to order the Otolift Modul Air curved stairlift. We were given a satisfactory price and the system was delivered well before the quoted date. In addition, installation was completed well within the time quoted with minimum disruption. We have now had the system for about 6 weeks and it has been a boon to my wife who has difficulty with stairs. Very easy to use and a pleasure to have. Sturdy and no problems whatsoever. If we should have a problem I feel comfortable having Steve on hand to help.
The owner was very patient with me while I had many questions about the suitability of this lift and possible modifications for my physical disability. I highly recommend this company and their lift is of very high quality. We are very happy. They installed in one day and even followed up one year later for the free service. Our lift is one of the pictures on their website!
