Pick up was  great, we were given what we asked for. Taking the car back was a different experience altogether. The shaved headed bloke yelled at me before he even got in the car accusing me of smoking in it (i don't smoke) , and bringing it back late (told him on the phone the day before), I'd have it back by 5pm, got there at 4.45pm).
Avis overall were good to deal with, i wouldn't go through Bayswater again though.

Reasonable price for moving truck. No special licence required. Helpful staff.

absolutely PITIFUL. take money from your account without authorisation, and double charge your account and think you wont notice. then the slimy a holes are smug about it.
