I bought a work shoe from Bstore on September 30 2022 , and I started wearing them afte 2 weeks. After two days the outer sole peeling off. I took the shoe back to the store for a replacement it's still under 30 days trial period, the response by the staff is they need to send the shoe to the head office to get assessment and now I have no shoes for work even though I have already paid for it and it's useless. I don't understand the sense behind assessment, it's a faulty item and as the company got reputation needs replacing. I don't recommend the Bstore due to several factors 1. Poor customer service 2.sells poor faulty products 3. No admittance it's faulty need assessment 4. Waist of time, going back and forth parking, petrol not cheap now a days

I Love supporting Australian owned companies and found the pricing at Bstore very competitive with easy online ordering. The option to zip pay is very handy, I’m very happy with my Frankie4 they’re a great brand, not only light weight and very durable, they look great too for work. For years I brought cheap brands and found they just weren’t lasting and after a period of standing my feet ached, I finally bit the bullet and brought Frankie4, worth every penny and haven’t looked back. Highly recommend!
