I was extremely annoyed as I was in desperate need of heels for an event but when I was in store yesterday the lady didnt say hello or offer any assistance even though I was obviously trying on display shoes and needing the help. It was just her and I in the store and she completely ignored me for my whole experience. I know she was reluctant to assist me as I was not the typical "claremont" clientele
A great manager works at the store.
