Lovely staff members but the management are disgusting. I was a loyal customer from the time they opened their store years ago and even this season I purchased 4 pairs of sandals, I then found a credit note and realised it was a Hobbs credit note which I had for a year and it was expiring on the 23rd, I couldn’t get to the store on the 23rd and thinking that I was such a loyal customer they would honour it but to my horror she said it was one day out of date and it was too bad I would have to forfeit the $175 credit note!! We all have been in business and know we can exercise good customer service by doing the right thing even if it was a day late. I could even tell the staff member was embarrassed !! I will never purchase another item from any HOBBS stores !!!
Friendly and very helpful staff! However, two pairs of boots that I bought were uncomfortable, poor quality and have to glue back together three times.
Excellent service and kind staff. Got exaclty what i was looking for my girlfriend!
Staff were very helpful, and I got a great deal on a pair of awesome sandals!
Great shoes, some nice bags.
