I was referred here by word of mouth and was not disappointed. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, they knew what questions to ask, and they really listened to my responses to get me into the right shoes for my goals. The selection is vast and for a speciality store the prices were far more reasonable than I expected. At no point did I feel like I shouldn't be there, I'm a regular person who likes to run and by no means an athlete, but they made me feel as welcome and important as the next customer. I'll be back when I need shoes again :

It's the place to go to find niche, cutting edge styles and high tech innovations often before the big brand stores get them paired with old-school, amazing customer service from Sam and Amanda who always greet you with warmth, recognition and friendly smiles when you come in. The staff are as supportive as the shoes they sell and always keep you motivated to keep fit! Love supporting this highly-deserving small buisness.

Made an appointment for their advertised Biofit assessment on a Saturday morning. Arrived to find a lot of walk-in customers in the store and that my appointment time had no priority. Biofit assessment consisted of less than 10 minutes of consultation before I was given four boxes of shoes to put on and run on the treadmill to determine which one I was happy with by myself. All four boxes were shoes that I had said I had worn before in the assessment. This service added nothing to my Chicago Marathon run this year, and I recommend that serious runners wanting help to minimise injury try another service

Best customer service I’ve had in years! I’ll never shop anywhere else for running shoes. I had a free consultation where they got me on the treadmill and fit me for shoes specific to me and my goals. The young tall guy who served me was extremely knowledgeable. You’ve earned a life long customer.
Went into the store this afternoon and was served by Adam. He has a very impressive knowledge of running shoes and spent time helping me find shoes that best suit my running style. Would highly recommend coming to TRC for purchasing running shoes. Adam is a top bloke.
I was given the best advice to go and see Sam at TRC in West Perth and I was not disappointed. I would say that this was the most thorough shoe fitting experience I have ever had and it was so worth it. Sam asked me specific questions around what type of training I do and how far I run each week right down to whether I had any current injuries or issues such as hotspots within my knees or feet etc to then determine the correct running speaker for me... I came away with a great pair of runners and some more knowledge about what specific runners are good for me when I am road running and when I hot the trails as there is a different shoe suited for trails and when you just want to do your 5km road run... Thanks Sam for your expertise and professionalism.
I have always had struggled with shoe size I decided to make appt with the Running Centre, the professional experience I received was first class Adam went way out of his way to ensure I had my correct shoe size which took into consideration my width,length and gait and made sensible suggestions to the various products which suited my feet.When leaving my thoughts were how lucky was I to find some one who knows his craft so well thanks Adam you have made a old man happy
I had a really positive experience at The Running Centre. The staff are so friendly, very informed and motivated to help you to find the right gear for your needs. I was helped by Amanda, who was absolutely lovely, and I could see the other customers around me receiving great care from her team members also. I love the new shoes they helped me to pick, and found it so helpful to be allowed to take each pair I tried outside for a little pavement run to see how they felt. Will 100% be coming back here for my next pair of running shoes!
