Worst service from a betts or airflex shop I've ever had. The lady with short hair was nothing but rude, rolling her eyes when I explained what I needed, or told her my previous problems with shoes. I've been shopping here since 2008 or so, and I haven't visited in a while, but after that experience, I won't be going there ever again. Avoid it if you don't want to be spoken to like a child, and treated like a low life.
