Our 3rd stay at Broadwater. Excellent location new upgraded pool area, staff provided excellent customer service especially young gentleman on reception didn’t get his name. Rooms are basic bathrooms need updated but room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Tonic by the Sea kitchen was closed during our stay so was unable to sample new menu.
Resort was very nice, school holidays so very busy. We had a spa suite which was spacious and well equipped to self care looks like it had been done out, but it hadn't so it was very smart. Let down for us was mixed thoughts on the restaurant with the food and over priced and look warm food in the breakfast area. I would stay again but maybe eat out unless things improve. The staff were very good and helpful.
Stayed for a week here, 3 bedroom apartment. Room is well set out, pretty quiet, with all amenities in room. Resort has a gym, pool, tennis, squash, BBQ area for guests to use. The games room needs some Care and attention, but overall very happy with the resort. Reception staff have been amazing, helpful and very pleasant. Outdoor BBQ doesn't like wind apparently according to.ground staff whom was having a bad night it seems but we managed to keep it going once he relit the pilot light. Outside pool is cold as ice.. inside pool is tepid but nice. Also has a spa which is very relaxing, and great to sit in while kids swim close by. This is our second stay here, will return again.
Awesome holiday destination. Great service all round and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Rooms had ample space, lighting and aircon. Kitchen area more than adequate. Lounge area more than big enough. Spa in shower area a plus. Only issues we had was the basin tap was very noisy and had bad water hammer and the shower pressure was a bit low but adequate. The pool area is great with an indoor and outdoor pool to choose from and heated spa. The bar area is great and recommend. Bar staff remembering orders from hours before and only ordering the drink once before. Exceptional service Will be back! Property has been rejuvenated since I last visited and it is looking great. Nice atmosphere, clean and well presented everywhere that we managed to explore. Had a meal at the Tonic Restaurant - went with no booking at a busy Saturday evening time and whilst we had to queue a little bit the meal came quickly and the steaks were superb! Good range of local beer on tap as well.
We stayed here as a large group for my wife's 40th birthday. The resort is in a great location close to shops, right on the beach, on site restaurant/bar which is great for food and drinks. Really good for kids with the indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and games room. Staff were great throughout the booking process and during our stay.Rooms: 5/5

I didn't stay here - only visited briefly - so I can't comment about the rooms/accommodation itself. However, the entrance, outdoor areas inc. pools, gardens, picnic tables, BBQs & building exteriors were in great condition & well cared for. There is a cute little arcade games room with a coin changer that accepts all bank notes. I would definitely recommend my friends/family to stay here based on what I saw. Plus, the beach is only a short walk ~100m away!
This is my second stay at the Broadwater resort in Busselton for work. I used the conference facilities for a sales day with my regional customers. Very reasonable price for the space, catering was sandwiches & cheese platers. More available at request From a seperate entity attached called Tonic. All staffing at Broadwater were happy, sincere & helpful. Reception open from 7am. Facilities are indoor pool, outdoor pool, gaming room, customer laundry, ice for sale, vending machine, electric scooters & much more. IGA & bottle shop at the end of the street 500m walk. Beach 100m walk. Tonic bay is a bar/pub/garden bar. Restaurant open Thursday to Monday. Other days there is a food truck with delicious dumplings & Bao buns. Good wine & beer list & very capable cocktail makers. Ample parking with Secure gates. Lush gardens, rooms renovated & some not. Apartment is well equipped with cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, cooking pots, chopping boards & utensils. First place to have a sharp knife & salt & pepper sachets please take note!! Take a good body wash as not supplied. Bath is huge & is a spa. Large balcony with seating. Did I mention yet that it’s dog friendly I never heard barking while at my apartment but it was great to see them all at the bar & beer garden area.
Great holiday experience. Daughter loved the kids amenities
