My family came down for 4 days and we were treated like locals. All the staff from the bar to the restaurant were AMAZING!! Our food was amazing. The mussels were big and so much flavour and the squid was so tender. The desserts were epic. The waffles were amazing! The duty manager is worth her weight in gold. Everyone made us feel welcome had a chat but still did their job. We will definitely be back! Thank you for putting up with us
Best experience ever, staff were very friendly, repeated the order and showing us the price to avoid any confusion, views were the best, watched dolphins swim pass us. Food was delicious and I would consider moving closer just to revisit again. Thanks everyone.
Beautiful meals steak & gnocchi, excellent service, great location. Table service was an unexpected bonus. Already booked to come back next weekend The music was a bit loud & slightly inappropriate heavy rock for a Sunday arvo with mostly elderly customers.
This pub is about 20 years old and it is still lovely. The joy rushed out from my heart for it had enchanted me in the evening. It was a romantic place by the boat harbour having a relaxing drink. Very friendly staff. Clean, good ambient and cosy dining areas. Cheers! 2021-12
Each time we have gone to the Deck Bar & Bistro, we always have thoroughly enjoyed our visits. Great food, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. Perfect service for a tavern/Bistro style restaurant. The girls Amber and Elly went the extra mile to make this an unforgettable evening. Steaks were cooked to perfection. We had my in laws coming over from Europe and they haven't seen this kind of service in Australia for a long time. Service like you expect at a five star restaurant Keep going on this way, we will be back. Frank and Debby.
Very disappointed. All food was tastless in our opinion. Except the mac cheese that was very crunchy and just tasted of lemon and herbs.
Just had a wonderful lunch here. The steak was the best I have had for a very long time and its accompaniments were perfect. The deserts were also exceptional as was the impeccable service. The beautiful outlook across the water and boats completed a perfect lunch for myself and four others! Highly recommended!
The staff were super friendly. We are locals though haven't been out that way for a while. Lots of options for a dairy and gluten free diet which was great for me. The octopus was delicious.
