Codrocks on Queen

Strangely, the pin marker led us to the backdoor instead of the front facing the street. We reached just an hour before closing. The crew seemed cheerful and prepared our orders. Most other customers had take outs instead of dining in. There were plenty of seats around. The fish and chips were good. Definitely one of the meal options in the area. Had the BEST round of fish and chips last night, crumb and batter 5star, perfect serving sizes and a steak burger that was to die for. Definitely one of the best we have had in a long time. For someone with all sorts of gut issues that usually ends up in a negative outcome for the evening after fish and chips, Cod Rocks didn't end up this way, with clean and fresh, non greasy chippies, extras and the added bonus of tasting amazing! We will definitely be back again and again.

Absolutely disgusting, this was $59!!! The fish batter was all over the paper, there was a handful of chips and 3 tiny pieces of fish that were so over cooked like hard rubber with no batter left on them, chips were hard and undercooked what a joke, full of oil, will not go back extremely disappointed, what a waste O money

The best fish and chips we have had in a really long time. Fish was fresh and delicious, chips were perfect and great quantity for the 2 of us. Service was fantastic. Well done Cod Rocks!

We bought our fish n chips for dinner at Cod Rocks which we enjoyed. Fish was good but chips, although acceptable could have been slightly better. Some chips were over done. We would still go back again but they could improve the chips by making sure some are not overcooked. The shop is nice & clean & is in the centre of Busselton. 4 stars.

We stopped here to get fish and chips, we had to wait over 40 minutes until our order was ready! And then when we got to our destination we unwrapped to find the fish we had ordered to be grilled due to an allergy was in fact in batter which she couldn’t eat, to take that long and not get the basic instructions correct is terrible! Not to mention dangerous! I would not recommend this place if you are hungry or have any special dietary requirements!

Excellent fish, we almost went back and ordered seconds it was so good. Lovely staff very helpful If you have a big appetite like us you might want to get slightly more than just one fish and chips but we thought the proportions were fair Kid-friendliness: Has a black board to keep kids entertained while you wait, or 4 25 year old children

We visit Cod Rocks every summer. Fish & Chip shops can always be a hard choice when visiting a town on holidays so be rest assured you won't be disappointed. My wife always fangs a steak burger with an egg and I go for the more traditional snapper and chips. Always fresh and the lady who served us the other day was so helpful, patient and friendly. Also being in the centre of town, a short walk or quick drive to the beach enables you to gob your yummies while watching the sun go down.
