McDonald's Busselton Visited 24/5/2022 This is not a big store. I am very impressed by the staff's customer service. Generally free senior coffee is "given" if a purchase of a product is made. My wife orders two Apple Pies and two senior coffees, but there is only one Apple Pie left. When asked whether she can still have two free coffees, the staff acknowledges it is their fault of not having the stock, and gives two coffees instead of one. Before I leave the store, I overhear a senior staff member, probably the manager, giving step-by-step instruction to a young staff to mop the floor properly. The store is as clean as can be. I mention to a staff that I shall give them a good review.

10:00am 14/1/2023. Service could’ve been improved if there was a better structure of management. The crew looked like they didn’t have a clue what they were doing and not much communication was going on. If there was a manager present to delegate each crew person into a certain area I believe it could’ve ran a bit smoother and quicker. There was dried up pickles on the wall, no chicken salt packet and the bathroom hand dryer wasn’t working.

At times food in these places is cold before eating and drinking coffee is a risky activity, it's like dish water. Well it was a pleasant surprise your food and coffee where great to eat, I even ordered more coffee for the trip home. I give you 11 out off 10, keep up the good workFood: 4/5

Wanted to stop in after a concert and got there at 10pm. Really disappointed to see them already locking the doors and closing the drive thru even though their hours say they’re open until 11pm… Either stay open until your declared shut time or change your hours. You’ve definitely done yourselves out of thousands of revenue when you consider the 50-odd cars who thought the same as us.

Doors were locked during open hours and had to get let in by other customers. Not enough staff rostered for post Ironman triathlon race day. They need to be more prepared next year.Recommended dishesQuarter Pounder

I got the crispy chicken wrap with aoli and i had no beef with it excuse the pun. The one problem was that I had to wait until 10 30 to get it but I got there at 20 past 10 and they couldn't make it. apart from that it was pretty good. For a Macca's it was good but it's just not up there with a nice restaurant but for a Macca's it was good. Kid-friendliness: It's Macca's of course there is a playground

Really good service they have nice staff. They take a while to prevare Food at times but comes quite fast in drive throughs. Their chips Are bomb Amazing, their burgers Are good especially the bigmacs but the cheeseburgers Are not that good. Their playground is ok but dirty

Food was ok,usual Tables and toilets were filthy... Disgusting and grotty Service was slow even though it wasn't too busy. There were teenagers hanging out being noisy. The manager eventually spoke to them and they quietened down. Playground isn't air conditioned, but my kids enjoyed it!

Regular order of large flat white w/ one sugar..... Have had this at so many other Macca's locations and has always been great. Not this time @ Busselton. Awful. Send the barrista for urgent training.

This is the replacement wrap for the previous one that had an inedible amount of sauce. This one... Yep, identical to the first. The young man was polite and apologised as per policy/training but was insincere enough to prompt me to politely question if he would eat the wrap himself , to which he just shrugged. He called through the window for a grilled wrap no lettuce no sauce and I said "no I would like sauce just like the proper amount" This place sucks I have no idea why I haven't boycotted yet.
