Just had a wonderful meal in this lovely restaurant. Lots of sea food and other options available on the menu. Of particular note were the mussels. So fresh, and plump and lovely. Spectacular view of the marina- while we ate. The staff are so pleasant ..friendly and polite. If you are somewhere around, it's a great place to visit!
Absolutely delicious! If you are in the area, I’d highly recommend checking this place out! We were celebrating mum’s birthday and pushed the boat out and ordered champagne, the seafood platter for two, mussels, cod and chips, half lobster and the oysters for the four of us. The stars of the show were the mixed seafood platter with hot and cold options, the cod and chips and the chocolate tart. The staff were so friendly and accommodated my food intolerance to onion and garlic which I appreciated. The restaurant is on the first floor in the marina but they’ve got you covered with a wheelchair accessible lift should, which was handy for Dad as stairs are an issue. Only thing I would recommend is wrapping up warm as it was a little chilly in the main restaurant with the doors to the deck open. Many thanks to everyone at The Deck for a memorable occasion. Chef, we salute you We will definitely be back the Sunday roasts looked amazing!
Delicious food with a near-coastal atmosphere. Fish is the speciality and the menu doesn't disappoint. Dogs are welcome on the upstairs deck. The staff are friendly and efficient too. Highly recommended.
Very pleasant dining. The restaurant is very bright and spacious, with a lovely view of the harbour. The food was tasty and very nicely presented and the staff very attentive. I would certainly recommend. The only minor criticism is that the seats could have been a little bit softer.
Was quite saddened by my, what appeared to be, a kiddy portion size of cod & 6 chips. Luckily my date which was our first date together let me pinch some of his burger which was lovely & with more chips
Lovely menu, all the food was freshly cooked and nicely presented. The cocktails were good too! We received a warm welcome - all the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely visit again if we're in the area.

Really lovely staff, location and decor but I would not recommend for vegetarians! I had a very disappointing tomatoes, mushroom, vegan feta and spinach on toast here. Its was extremely dry, had hardly any flavour and the spinach was not fresh. Why not add some herbs and spices? A tasty dressing? Just because its vegan doesn't mean it needs to be boring.
So disappointing . One of the ladies serving was grumpy , abrupt and didn't seem to want to be there at all. She virtually threw our menus on the table and didn't smile or make eye contact. The two main dishes on the menu we fancied weren't available so we were left with fish or breakfast. No one had mentioned this when we sat down and ordered drinks . They didn't even have our booking recorded on their tablet. We decided to leave after our drinks unfortunately and go elsewhere. Luckily the other waitress was very sweet and apologetic. I can't contact the Deck direct through email unfortunately as they don't seem to have a system that allows this on their website so I've resorted to this. I've been there many times but I don't feel like going back. What a shame....
New brunch menu is so delicious. The best scallops in the world cooked to perfection Staff are lovely and friendly as always too. Highly rate this place Parking: Free parking if you put your registration in the system on entry
