We went to buy new tea coffee sugar containers and a butter dish with a lid. We also got a small bucket with alidfor composting stuff was a 1/2 price store wide sale.
I like this store. They have great specials and I found most items I was looking for. The staff are very friendly. Will definitely be a repeat customer

Have lots of good priced goods but went in for 16inches cooking pot had none except 15o$etc just know aluminum with thick base and know body else had any as will think know people relations and it seems wide shopping complexes the same verybased on money now no public relationship sham that is becoming none existed not many come up to see if they can help Any more
Went in to purchase a wok when it stated available on website. Staff couldn't find the product and tells me it happens often with inaccurate inventory. So I paid extra for click and collect, item readily available the next day for collection. Return to store for product exchange, that same non stick wok were defective, so after going through with checkout staff, the store supervisor and 0800 customer services only to be told it's store policy to return complete set of wok with the lid, so they could swap a new set. I would suggest a little common sense goes a long way when your customer travelled a long way. One can easily swap the wok, and kept the lid from the new set you have in front of you. IT IS the exact same product. Mind boggling.
Great sized homeware shop, good range of anything you might need to dress your home or equip your kitchen. Very regular sales, in fact I'd avoid paying full price for anything there because you can bet it'll be discounted the next week.

Oh wow!!! I just had the misfortune of shopping at the Paraparaumu store on the Kāpiti coast. The woman at the check out was not in the least bit interested in helping me and kept shouting 'STEP BACK, STEP BACK' Even though I was the other side of the very wide counter and well over 2m from her at all times. I'm a double vaxed, mask wearing customer who scanned in but it seems once you are in their it's like something from a B grade prison movie! This lady obviously has some issues and maybe being on the till is not the best place for her or maybe she needs some up-training in customer service. On the other hand the lovey lady who was sorting pillows was delightful she bumped the review from no stars to one star. I'll be shopping else wear in future as I do not need to go home feeling traumatised from buying a pillow. Also shame that when I contacted the company they gave me a none apology and went on to tell me how 'everyone' liked this lady. Dismissing customer feed back will backfire on them one day
