Very quick response to our electrical fault.
Very professional communication and telephone dealings. Arrived at the time communicated. Very personable and able to explain our fault in layman's terms and in a non-technical manner that I could understand.
We were also given advice on how to improve the system that we have and how it could be achieved. 
Our house was a bit of a mess at the time, and did not feel judged at all. An all round professional and positive interaction. We will be using this company again.

out of 5! Called up Kent this morning and he had dispatched the Nathan and Daniel out with in a few hours. The boys were quick and and answered my stupid questions. I even ended up having the guys fix a few other things whilst out. Such a great company and would strongly suggest Brisbane Electrical to anyone needing some electrical work, big or small.

These guys did an amazing job - quick professional but most of all took care in our home and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!! We wont use anyone else.

Kent and the team are my go-to electricians. With a long list of things to do around the house, I’ve used them for data and tv wiring, led light, fans and outlet installs over the last yesr or so. On each occasion they were on time or early, well priced, did the jobs quickly, to a high standard and cleaned up when finished. I called Kent today for a simple job to fix a broken wire at a light switch which was unsafe.There was no job too small. He arrived very quickly and sorted it out. Their professionalism and customer service are outstanding.
