If I could give zero stars I would..the customer service was absolutely atrocious.nnI came around 7.10pm to refuel and when it was my turn to pay at the till one the staff who was serving me was unfriendly and dismissive towards me when I didn’t know how to use the Qantas app - when the EFTPOS machine showed that I could redeem the point I didn’t know where to find the code and all he told me was “you don’t have to redeem it” like that is just plain rude.nnI then confronted him about his attitude towards me and explained that it was my first time using the Qantas app to redeem the voucher hence I didn’t know where to look for the code only for him to tell me “you took long so it’s fine” without even apologizing.nnPlease look into this matter as it seems to be a recurring issue for this store and I don’t think I will ever return due to the sub par customer service.
I try many time coffee ,but every time its very poor but this time it just like hot water.... Today i decide to give my review after many time ignorance. Today at 9pm shift man make coffee for me just in few seconds and it was very poor. Please show respect to your customer.
Usually I get my coffee every weekend from this place. Usually it’s always exceptional service. However last Saturday and this Saturday unable to serve me coffees because coffee machine not ready. It’s happened only with same person who serving.it’s 5:45 am . I am very disappointed… I am going to miss good coffee from this shop.
Very nice staff and equally good coffee, probably the best coffee in riverton area, come in have chat with lovely baristas.
I visited today at 10 50pm , store closes at 11 but as soon as he saw me he turned off the lights and was having his earphones on... and even after seeing me standing at door he ignored and then he just showed by gestures that they are closed....is this how you serve your customers? Definitely not going again.
