Charged my fuel twice and call for refund and email and reminders. No reply. Very dodgy. Need explanation. It’s been two weeks. Call up the staff is pushing me around. No manager on site is their excuse.
Double charged for fuel, rang up asking for a refund and got referred to their general support services, which I was on hold with for 30 minutes to no avail I didn’t have a person pick up. Avoid so they don’t steal your money
Paid for fuel 3 times for one transaction, still waiting for refunds for 2 of them because their system was down. Absolutely livid.
Seriously - the nicest staff I have come across at a servo. I visit this one quite regularly and always receive excellent service from the brilliant team. I actually often visit here for basics now as the staff are so much more welcoming than the actual South Perth Coles!
My Monday morning fillup location and milk for work stop. Small service ste and not many pumps, not all fuels available at each pump is bit painful, but its quiet Monday mornings when fuel is normally cheapest in Perth so works for me. Staff are always friendly.
