Stranded Last night after a concert around 11.30pm as my phone was flat, I bought a charging cable from this location not cheap for what it is and asked if the guy behind the counter if he could plug it in for 5 minutes so I could call a car. He flat out refused for no reason even though I was a woman totally alone and nowhere near where there are taxis etc…. sorry but I find that absolutely disgusting and not in line with Australian values, do better!
Can get extremely busy here and at the registers however pretty prompt service when being served. They also have a cafe style register and plenty of goods available inside including quick meals and most items you would find in a convenience store. They have 17 fuel pumps inc Premium unleaded fuel and diesel. Also have carwash and self vacuum cleaners for your car.nCan sit inside and eat or drink items purchased from here.
Dear ManagernnI am writing to raise a concern about my experience at your BP service station on Friday, 1 May 2026 at approximately 9:17 AM.nnI stopped by to refuel and also purchased a coffee. While the coffee was fine, I was disappointed with the way I was treated by one of your staff members.nnAfter withdrawing cash from the ATM inside the store, I approached the counter. The staff member an Indian lady gave me unfriendly looks and did not speak politely. What concerned me most was that she appeared to check whether my cash was real or fake, even though she had seen me withdraw it moments earlier from the ATM inside your store.nnThis made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. I walked in empty-handed and withdrew the cash directly from your machine, so I don’t understand why there was suspicion about the money.nnI hope you can look into this matter and ensure that customers are treated respectfully in the future.nnThank you for your attention.
TL;DR was accused of fuel theft with no evidence and without them checking my rego went off car description??, they admitted fault, and will avoid BP for as long as I'm able. Would give zero stars if possible.nnThe most recent experience at this has put me off all BP locations, and I've started going out of my way to avoid them when filling up. On 17/02/2026 I stopped there around 10pm, and started filling up my car. I was then called over to the window. I approached and was accused of stealing fuel by driving off a few weeks prior, and need to settle the outstanding fuel payment before I'd be allowed to leave, or the cops would be called. This is absolutely outrageous and untrue. I am an immigrant, why would I risk deportation for such a petty crime. The value was $35 for the fuel, which I paid. I wasn't waiting around for the police to arrive, as I was tired and it was late, so I just copped it and was told to call the manager the next morning, which I did.nnThey said that my vehicle description matched the vehicle which drove off, but they'll launch an investigation and let me know. Not 10 minutes later they called me and let me know that the cameras did not pick up the right car, and that I can get a refund. I asked them how this is possible, as car regos are unique, but was not given a straight answer. I was told to come between 9-5 when a manager is there to issue a refund. When I got there around a week later it was 4.30pm, it took about 15 minutes to issue the refund as I was told the manager has gone home.nnThis has been an extremely frustrating and annoying process. Avoid this location at all costs, or they might just baselessly accuse you of theft and force you to pay for someone else's fuel because they couldn't even be bothered to check the rego. No apology, no compensation offered.
Just a feedback for the manager/owner, All the staffs are really good and friendly, just one asian lady, name : Anne, never smiling, never welcoming and always with rude behaiviour! Sunday morning, around 9-10am, it was totaly quite yet she ended up with arguement with me over payment in different receiption.
