Asked the guy at counter named Shivam to get a Protein bar. He replied it’s very busy right now I can’t go and get it. There was no one in the line behind me. After me only two customers came. Worst experience on this Fuel station. BP need to train there staff
Can get extremely busy here and at the registers however pretty prompt service when being served. They also have a cafe style register and plenty of goods available inside including quick meals and most items you would find in a convenience store. They have 17 fuel pumps inc Premium unleaded fuel and diesel. Also have carwash and self vacuum cleaners for your car.nCan sit inside and eat or drink items purchased from here.
I would rate 5 stars for the attendant working on Tuesday night 13/5, but the lower rating is because this poor attendant was managing way more than should be left to one person. Several cars to fill up especially as fuel is often cheaper on that night, and he was trying to refill the store items between serving, and work between both registers so he could work quickly for the customers. He was incredible, but it is disappointing that BP does not support their staff with additional support on their busiest nights. Please ensure you are taking care of your staff, who do an excellent job.
I was absolutely ripped OFF !!!! Bottle Solo Lemon 2 chocolate bars !!! At framer masks Maximum $6. The guy was very pushy, ending up, costing me. 13 dollars !!! Very bad deal after telling me how good it was. Pretending, he was doing me a favor. Never go back, been spending around $400 a month there.not happy !!!
We had a disappointing experience during peak hours due to Kavitha training a new staff member. Instead of managing the rush efficiently, she assigned the new staff to make my coffee, leading to delays and a poorly made drink. Peak time should be handled by experienced staff to ensure quality service
