How rude! I literally just pulled up and was about to get out of the car to go in to get a drink for one of the workers to come up to me and say I can’t park here it’s for customers and to leave, he also rammed my car mirror bending the whole thing backwards and out of place. Ridiculous! I definitely will never come here to buy a drink again! I didn’t even get to turn my car off and get out.

Easily the worst service station I’ve been to.nAlways understaffed and busy making coffee, great if you wanna wait 10 minutes to pay for your fuel

Disgusting customer service, racist and useless old guy. Pathetic, but what else can you expect from WA?

Dear manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your BP station today 4/07, around 9 pm. The team member on duty, declined to provide coffee service on two separate occasions, each time citing a different reason.nnMy first visit was met with an excuse to not make coffee, which led me to seek service elsewhere. Upon my return to retrieve my car, I noticed she again denying coffee service to another customer, this time with a different excuse; related to cleaning. I got to know this by interacting with that customer.nnI believe this behavior is unprofessional and does not align with the customer service standards. I hope you will address this issue to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.

The behaviour of service boy waqar khan was very bad he don't know how to talk with customers . It was a very bad behaviour.
