Privately owned BP so dont expect to use aby fuel discount vouchers as they will not accept any

The staff don't seem to know much about customer service. They had a very long line on one register even though there were 2 registers. And although the staff saw this, they didn't bother to address this. I ended up having to withdraw cash and pay $2.20 for the ATM fee as I was concerned for my children who were in the car for too long (and yes, my toddler was very red in the face by the time I got back). But by the time I did this they then finally opened the second register. I mentioned it to one of the staff who simply said she couldn't operate the register, but I think, at least have the initiative to do something about it!! Very very unimpressed.

Just now i fill the petrol and the lady who doing work at front desk she told me you can't pay by cash. I don't know what's wrong and she also told me get out of my petrol station and don't come here any more in future. I believe she did resist with me.
