At the carwash now. BP here is good but you loose 1 Star because this is the third time in a month I have washed my car here and there is no wax coming out to protect against the weather.nnCarwash is still not working properly. I pay for this carwash and don't even get $2 worth of wash.nnBy the way, your staff are rude and anyone would think they own the BP.nDO YOUR JOB and stop arguing with me.nThe customer is always right and whatever we pay must be done, even if you're busy to your eye balls.
Nice store. It has a cafe in it and they make a decent coffee. Plenty of pumps, decent size shop floor, car wash, vacuum etc. Right in the middle of the shopping centre and not far off the main road along the lakeside.nThe instructions for the carwash are a bit nonsensical, winding up the windows comes before typing the unique wash program code into the keypad, which is outside the car. This is difficult to do with the windows up.
Last week my partner left his cellphone at the BP in Heuheu st, Taupo and didn't notice until we were back in Auckland. I phoned the manager who asked for our address and posted it back immediately free of charge. Amazing personal service!!
Very Unhappy with the service.nWaited a long time for a coffee. Didn’t get the two coffees I ordered at the same time. Left with the coffees, only to find out one of them was not drinkable. And the other one was passable.nWent back to tell them. Cause coffee isn’t cheap these days. More than $7 a cup these days.nOnly to be spoken to like I was in the wrong and I was an inconvenience to them. The lady then said she was isn’t a barista and the spoke to the other person and said it was “supposedly” a terrible drink. Asked me what I wanted to do. I asked for it to be made again. The lady made it again. But was huffing and puffing while doing it.nI didn’t get an apology. They made me feel terrible. I will never come here again. Thanks for making a terrible day even worse.
