Visited BP Mana 4/11/23 around 9.55am and ordered our family coffee and hot chocolates. The soy mocha was absolutely delicious. The coffee was made perfectly, usually coffee I buy elsewhere is burnt using old dry beans but not today at BP Mana. Sorry I didn't catch the barristers name who made them but thank you so much. There was a little longer wait but it was worth the wait.
An accessible petrol station located in a area that is easy to get to and is advertised very clearly. The petrol station has been kept clear of rubbish and is otherwise in good standing. The store has a wide range of products including coffee. Everytime I have been here I have been happy with how everything is presented and how helpful the staff are.
Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is as fresh as to be expected for a service station. Would of given more stars but they didn't have any vanilla frappe and for what ever reason they don't put cream on there iced chocolates...
Attendant refused to do hot drink as there was no one to make them. Wasn't very busy in store. No signs to say hot drinks were not available.nnNext day another cashier was a little rude and didn't ask if i wanted marshmallows in hot chocolate. Barrista started making and i mentioned to her if she could add them and she flung some equipment annoyed.nNo one else in store. Wasn't exactly busy.
Slowest coffee barista evernBPME app said it would be ready at 0706 arrived at0721 still wasn't ready.nI know its a minor thing but I don't have time to wait around when I'm on my way to a callout hence using the app
