Stopped in quickly and the guy at the counter was rude and dismissive. Customer service costs nothing, so it was disappointing to be treated that way. Won’t be rushing back. Lost a family of life long customers.
Not exactly the greatest. Pretty bad customer service. Some of the only times I've purchased food from here was to quickly fetch a jug of milk, and the employees were dead silent as I paid. Though it is very conveniently located between Ascot Park and Whitby near Postgate School and the bicycle pump track.
We bought 2 large coffees yesterday 15th December; a soy mocha and oat latte on our way to Palmerston North. Went via TG. Had we been local we would have gone back and returned these coffees, absolutely awful had to throw them out when we got to Palmy. Won't be going back to BP Whitby for coffee, way better service at BP Tawa; wished we had gone there worth the extra travel.
Pleasant, courteous and helpful staff. Good food.
