If you have to go here if you have a choice of going to a different supermarket I recommend you don't go here the staff can be rude their is a lady Samoan, tan skin, no smile ps I'm not being racist! She is rude and super arrogant I'm not putting her down but she is not nice. The store has everything you need but staff 5/10 some of the staff are wonderful !!!!This is personal experience!!!!
Quiet time to shop at 6.30pm New Years eve. Plenty of stock and some good pricing of Countdowns own brands.
What can I say...its a supermarket but its a countdown too so it ain't all that bad, good selection of food as one would expect so yeah, go do that shopping!! Lol
Only 2 staff members on checkout 1 @ the service desk and 1 on the checkout. there were about 40 people in store, this is just crazy. Also scanned an item that was on sale for $1.4 but came up as $3 this was on a Thursday so had been like this for over 3 days. i would class this as stealing of your customers. be very careful with what you buy and always check your receipt to make sure you were charged correctly!
Very handy for my shopping, good range of products, good friendly service, good under cover car parking.
I have always like this store, it's got good parking, the shelves are stocked well and they have a good selection. And their click & collect always has slots available and is fast and efficient. Staff are friendly, and prices are competitive with compitition.
Clean tidy store everything is easy to find and love the fact that its not so crowded so I don't feel rushed.
A Countdown supermarket built to service the new Aotea subdivision. It works out great for us. It's a bit smaller then most, but is well stocked. It's of a good design with parking underneath, which is great when it's raining.
Very clean and organized. Always has trolleys at convenient place. Checkouts are fast and efficient. Can find good deals too-especially in delicatessen and veges
Great supermarket. Range of products was very good.
