Stopped here on our way to Te Toto Gorge. Short stop, but one of the sweetest interactions I've had. The staff were super friendly, place was busy but they handled it like a champ. Not to mention, toilet was clean and smells nice.
Thank you Aroha for your kindness when I returned the trailer. I am over 70 on my own and have blood cancer...this makes me extremely tired as I was on the day. I thought I had cleaned the trailer to a good level with a broom but combination of rain and garden rubbush did leave some smears. By the time I was returning the trailer I was feeling very fragile and your kindness lifted me enough to get home to rest. You are a asset to the company and I hope you see this recognition. aroha.
Ask the shop assistants before you buy anything to use the toilet, they'll just tell you it's out of order and refuse to open it for you. Even though there is no sign on the toilet.
Your shop assistant Noelle went far beyond her call of duty and it is not everyday that one meets someone with such kindness. My motorcycle rear tyre was badly cut and I stopped in at the Raglan BP Fuel to arrange a recovery vehicle. Noelle came out and offered her assistance, she went as far as contacting Tyre Man who unfortunately could not help. While I was waiting for the AA recovery vehicle to arrive, Noelle came out a number of times to find out what she could do to make my wait more comfortable. Thank You Noelle your assistance and your kindness was well appreciated.
