Kay at the bp Te-Raps had fantastic customer service. She went out of her way to be helpful and found us lemon muffins that were defrosting out the back and heated them up for us. She even suggested other tasty morsels to try. Fantastic - brightened and otherwise stressful week.
Was coming there almost every morning but after continuous sour faces and them acting like they’re being interrupted or disturbed any time a customer is at the till I will no longer be going there. No customer service at all, just complete silence as they are serving, not even a hello, just full of bitterness, not nice to go there.
Probably the by far the best customer service interaction I’ve ever had from any BP station in the country let alone the world. To the girls working at the tills between 515pm-530pm on Thursday the eve of Good Friday 2024. Can I just say that you are both the true representation of what it means to be good kiwis, I believe you are truly intent on making a difference in the community. Keep fighting the good fight and serving people with smiles and kindness. Still can’t believe it. You guys are awesome !!
Worst experience and unprofessional and I will never recommend this station to anyone I know…I pulled up with my husband at the gas station at 7:45pm today just to gas up because we were lost and out of gas I walked towards to counter outside because the main door was closed and inside I can see a lady and a guy I was so confused and frustrated because I just need to fuel up just to drive back to Auckland…the guy refused to talk or serve me because they are closed, clearly the time says closed at 8:00pm be mindful I was there 15 mins before closing and yet he refused to talk to me or served me he was just inside shaking his head and doing the hand sign “closed”….unprofessional and it is illegal to put online and even outside the opening hours and closing hours but they do not followed it. I will never used any of that gas station anywhere in NZ.
On Friday night my car broke down on the expressway, and I was fortunate enough to be close to the BP at Horotiu. All the staff were incredibly helpful, in particular Leonie who has just rung me to check that I’m ok! There was also a really helpful customer so obviously a high calibre place all round! Thanks Leonie.
