Terrible customer service, went in about 11pm to get a coffee and the guy on was not happy I asked for a coffee and he was like really didn’t want to make it but he did.
I received my coffee and as I walked away the next customer asked for an ice cream and the Bp worker was like 😠

Its worth paying the bit extra for their fuel if you take into account the amazing service, friendly faces, great coffee, clean facilities etc etc. Love BP.

I was at Bp Rotutuna 28/03/2017 8:30pm, there was only one Indian mid age guy in the counter (sorry I descirbed him like this). Line of ppl waiting, I want to pay mine asap so I scanned my AA card after I said what I was paying for. That guy gave me that look and told me with extremely inpatient tone "I hadn't done anything yet?" I was like oh sorry? Followed by he shaking his head and said something quietly. I asked him what's that attitude? He said I was interrupting him. I interrupted him on purpose? I ended up walking away. I will never go to this BP ever again. Poor customer service.
