I really appreciate the healing thermal waters of Tokaanu.   I appreciate the staff and locals for your knowledge and hospitality. I enjoyed watching the rainbow trout swimming in the clear crystal stream as I walked over the bridge.

Staff too busy filling shelves with chips to actually serve customers.  Have to stand there waving for minutes to get a pump activated.  This is at peak hour traffic also,  focus on your customers not meaningless admin that can be carried out in downtimes.  BP has the worst pricing in the petrol market,  and customer service is in the toilet.  Paying $200 for a tank of gas,  but you're more focused on selling chips and coffees.  Whoever manages this outlet needs a real kick in the arse to focus on the people who keep you in business,  THE CUSTOMER!!  Thursday 15th august,  three female staff,  all as useless as each other.

Great being able to do 99% in the car then just put and pump. And for getting rewards for doing so

Our “local”  we love the ‘bean coffee’ and the staff who remember our usuals and preferences - it is like seeing old friends - thank you for being so wonderful - the staff keep us coming back

At peak time staff should be more mindful and instead of stocking shelfs they should serve customers to reduce the wait time of people standing in the queue. Being served by one team member only while the other one is replenishing chip bags is not customer service.
