Dear Max Coyle, In regards to your below comments you made after your visit to Dinsdale Kiwibank br last month. Your banking services were decline by staff as you did not meet minimum requirements to your request made. An alternate option was provide however you decline to listen to staff member trying to help you. Hence your request was escalated to Manager which took less than 5 minutes of your time, you still did not want you take options available and you walk out. Very pragmatic requirement when one visit to bank is their valid photo Id, if one does not have it I don’t think any bank in New Zealand is able to provide financial needs. Valid Photo is very important to protect customer money and privacy. Due to privacy reason I cannot discuss details on social media site however if you feel can drop into branch to see manager or call our Kiwibank helpdesk in regards to your concerns will be addressed. Br. Manager ___________________________________________ Dear Jeremy, I read and take note of your concerns seriously. I do not have much to say or comments in regards to staff member’s race and ethnicity etc. however can confirm that all staff members have to go through very strict requirements credit and reference check s and all approved by NZ post before they get their jobs. In regards to your concerns - increase in prices, we at Dinsdale Post do not have any role in price regulations. I can assure you it’s completely regulated by NZ post and Kiwibank. However if you feel you have being over charged for any product or service you are most welcome to come to our branch and I am happy to look into it. We take this matter very seriously. We at Dinsdale post are very honest and fair while providing all sales and services. Lastly I am in process of getting the admin rights from google so all customers comments/ feeds back can be address appropriately. Regards Manager

Worst bank branch I have ever been in. Unprofessional, untidy, take forever to do the simplest tasks. This place is literally cancer.

Absolutely terrible. This place was once a local legend. Everybody knew "Dinsdale video n post" was where you went, for excellent service and a chat with some good Kiwis. Not now though. Thats been erased. What we have now, is the standard; take over, force out all the original ACTUAL Kiwis, and install ALL of their own family. Thats just standard operating procedure for these imposters. EVERY SINGLE place they take over is WIPED CLEAN of any Maori or Pakeha faces, and filled up with low-skill immigrants. They are payed FK ALL, and can barely speak english. When you query them about extreme price increases, your met with "not dont english" or "yoo are race". The service here, has dropped like a lead balloon (old Kiwi saying, never mind) and the prices have increased heavily. Be aware, there is one certain lady, that likes to quite carefuly tip the scale when weighing packages, and another that has NO CONCEPT of NZ geography, so youll spend a fair wack of your time trying to explain the difference between North and South, aswel as trying to have her understand that we are infact on two small islands, in the South Pacific. My advice? ABANDON these places. ALL of them. HUNT out places that are run by REAL Kiwis, look for a Maori or Pakeha face, and support those places. Support KIWI FAMILIES and businesses. Dinsdale post: You WILL hire Kiwis or continue to HEMORRHAGE customers. You WILL respect us, you WILL be polite, you WILL learn our geography, our cultures and our boundries, or you WILL be closed, by us. WE are in charge, because YOU NEED our dollars. Remember that.

Shocking service. Appauling English. Over charge for sending throughout Nz . All in all the worse post office. Seems they have got rid of any actual kiwi workers which is a real shame as they just have no idea. Wont be going back!

Very Good service, I go to Dinsdale shop 2-3 times in week never ever had any issues. I have Po Box. Kiwibank ac and use all my NZ postal services. thanks for providing this service. I feel people should "Stop testing and Start learning " as only you will be left behind not them.
