My elderly parents had a meeting in branch yesterday 6th April 2022. On returning home they were told a close contact has Coronavirus. My Dad has tested positive and we have been phoning the bank continually to inform the person they met with. Unfortunately despite trying for hours, we can not get through. It goes to a prerecorded message and there is no option for me to leave a message. They just say goodbye. Very frustrating
Closes for lunch 12.30-1.30 which would be fine if this information was on Google. It's not easy to get to so to turn up and be told to wait in the rain for an hour after making the trip and paying parking isn't the best experience. Outside machine seemed to be out of envelopes and the deposit option is 'unavailable right now'.
Dirty place. The manager raises his voice when you make a large withdrawal where all the public in the bank can here your business. He makes you feel awkward. That breaches the FCA rules. Due to this I have now dey to move my general working account to another bank.
I find the staff can be quite abrupt when I've been there. At the moment they are limiting the amount of people in the bank so you may have to wait outside. Nothing special otherwise.
Constantly asking you to share your personal banking business when you are in the queue in front of everyone !! Will be changing banks !
Staff helpful really welcoming and comfortable for a bank. Avril is really great with customers see her if you have any questions when you go in.
