WARNING: The Internet banking is hands down one of the sloppiest designed websites I have ever seen. You are forced to remember a mundane detail about your life, which congratulations, that is now your second password. That's right. You have to remember TWO passwords for their Internet banking service. And if you mess up, or in my case, the website glitches out, good luck trying to access your money, without going through the painful process that is customer service, which I should not have to do to access my money! And to top it all off, it's optimized horribly for phones, forcing you to put up with an awkward zoomed out view, that you cannot zoom in! And the glitches! Oh the glitches, from your second password not working, to the website freezing, to it not even loading! This is a far cry to their old system of a short and snappy website. What even happened here?

Helpful polite amazing staff have been 0banking with them for over 8 years never had any issues. Fast easy loans for holidays kids uniforms ect. Highly recomend them

Very frustrated with service as am unable to reach them on phone and repeated emails have not resulted in any response or action. Messages on FB page also are not being responded. Lack of action on FCU's part is resulting in financial loss to me by way of interest.

Staff are great, products are great and savings/investments offer very competitive rates. I have been a customer of First CU for almost 20 years and they have definitely evolved with the times

I love my Bank. It's awesome how it pays my bills before I see my money. I get loans when I need them. The staff in NGA are Kool staff. Hey Rangi, Jamie, Joe and Raewyn. Sorry for new staff I anit mentiond.
