Prior to going to the physical Travelex location, I emailed the branch with my questions. I recieved a prompt response answering my questions, also asking me when it suited me to go in to set up and collect my travelex card and informing me there was 2 hours free street parking available. When I went in to the branch, Hetel was friendly, polite and helpful. We got everything sorted really quickly. Would thoroughly recommend the service.

Refused to change my euros - saying "they are in short supply in NZ?!" and to try back next week...

Really good customer service and very helpful.
The website wasn't working at all while overseas... needed to top up my travelex card because the closest branch was three hours away...ended up paying some hefty fees on my bank card just becasue I needed the cash. Ten dollars per transaction less than 200 dollars. Or 25 dollars for transactions over 500 dollars. Tried calling too and the phone wouldn't go through after pressing my selection on the keypad...
Went into collect cards, had drivers licence and bank card.How ever as my bank card does not have my name on it, they would not give me my card.Had to go all the home get passport.I took all the required info as per the email but still was not enough. I think that for future you need to point this out in an email.
Service was pleasant with very slow computers but lousy rates here. We were conned a couple of times before we found No 1 Currency on Victoria Sttreet in Hamilton which provided much better rates for Australian Dollars. We know where to go now!
