Lovely apartment modern decor, great views and a huge deck to enjoy. Very handy to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Only two small gripes can’t believe you have to rent towels for the pool area and they were extremely thin towels at that. Also the wifi was quite slow I think this was due to us picking up the wifi for the apartment above. I did query this with staff and they said to just reset the modem. Tried this a couple of times but made no difference.
A really nice modern chic facility, close to Broad Beach. Our suite was lovely, fully equipped in all rooms. The pool was a really good size and the hot tub perfect temperature and nice and roomy. Loved staying here.
Ultiqa lifestyle is a scam. After signing up, we realised that their services are a waste of money. We have never used their services, yet they have still been charging us endless amounts of money for years. They won't let us out of this scam. Do not waste your money, you won't get it back. We want out!
We stayed at Freshwater Point over the Christmas holidays. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with a fantastic view over the Gold Coast. The café downstairs was great and very convenient and the pool and spa area was lovely. Staff were always very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely visit again.
WOW! Loved it! We stayed as a big group in individual apartments for a family function was great as we were all close but still had privacy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Give me those views anyday. Apartment clean tiny and loads of room. Home away from home. I would rather here as its away from the noise but not too far that you can't walk to restaurants the beach shopping etc
this was my 3rd time staying here because i just love the location so so so much! my family insisted in staying here because it has such a beautiful view and the 3 room sky villa is big and cosy! 2 of the rooms have the sea view and the whole apartment is so breezy! we stayed in 2502 and its a corner apartment and we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset! superb! the location is great too and free allocated parking is provided. staff are friendly and helpful : the only setback that upsets us was housekeeping day. we were told by the reception that housekeeping is after 1pm. housekeeper came before 1pm and we were finishing our lunch and getting ready to leave. so we told her we needed more time as we were told she would only come at 1pm. she was so unhappy and replied "ok I'll come back" with rage, as if we wasted her trip and time. anyway.. so at 10 ish 11 at night and we came back to a wide-opened door with nobody in the apartment.. meaning the housekeeper kept the door wide-opened with a door stopper after she cleaned up the apartment. wow.. luckily we hadn't find anything missing. but we were really disappointed and upset about this. i went to the reception the next morning to report about this mishap and the staff said she would report this to the management. i really hope this will bring attention to the management as we don't wish this to happen to other guests..
I have been going to the Beach haven ULTIQA hotel for many years now and I will never change it for any other hotel on the Gold coast. Very friendly and helpful staff,spectacular views of broadbeach and the ocean. the apartments are clean,comfortable and very well equipped.
We had a brilliant stay during the school holidays. The apartments are really spacious, views are amazing and we loved being so closed to shops and directly opposite a patrolled beach. We will definitely be back!
I have stayed at Ultiqa resort at Broadbeach, this is such a beautiful property and on every occasion the unit was clean comfortable. The views are amazing and from the minute you walk you go straight into relaxation mode. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting somewhere beautiful to stay.
Loved it stayed in a two bedroom apartment, so spacious, clean and tidy, great balcony on two sides and amazing views towards both the Gold Coast and the Hinterland, i wanted to sit up all night to look at the lights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good as its away from the hussle and bussle but still close to lots of great food locations and short drives to everywhere we needed to go. Would go back for sure.
